Totally a scam, mate. If you hit any key, it just links you straight to some dodgy scammer's call centre. Best thing to do? Don’t say a word, just drop the call. If you think you need to talk to your bank, double check you’ve got a proper dial tone then ring them from a different phone if possible. Honestly, sending them a message through their official website is safer if you’re worried.

Got a call from someone saying they were from my bank trying to "verify" some details. Didn't feel right at all, sounded dodgy. I hung up right away before they could get any info from me. Be careful, these scammers are getting more sneaky!
