I've had a couple of calls from 01449833128 about roof insulation that apparently was installed by the Government. When I rang back, the Stowmarket area code didn't seem to match up with any real number, it just wouldn't go through. Heard loads about folks trying to scam their way into people's homes pretending to be from official schemes, so I'd reckon this one is the same sort of dodgy caller. Be careful with numbers like these!
