Got a call off some bloke called Dave who claimed he was with BT Openreach, saying my internet was about to be cut off. I shot an email to BT and they got back to me quickly, saying it was a scam. They also sent loads of advice on what to look out for, what not to do, and links to websites about internet safety and checking your computer. Definitely don’t give out any details or let anyone on your computer.
