Got a call from this number but couldn’t answer it at the time. When I rang back, an elderly lady picked up but she didn’t make much sense and seemed confused. Definitely felt like some kind of scam to me.

I've had three calls already this week and each time the number and even the area code have changed. Today, some guy with an Indian accent said he was from Virgin Media’s broadband support and warned me about some "suspicious activity" on my account. Problem is, I don't even get Virgin Media where I live - I use a different provider altogether. Honestly, don’t give them any details like your name or phone number; they’re just trying to scam you for money.
