Got a call from a local number, but the guy had a strong northern accent and was asking about pension schemes. I asked if he was with the government, and he said no. Didn’t feel comfortable sharing any details, so I just ended the call.

Got a call from someone saying they were from "pension audit services". The number showed up as 01449, which should be Stowmarket in Suffolk, but the guy had a proper northwestern accent. When I asked where he was calling from, he admitted it was Blackburn in Lancashire. I asked for a number to ring back and they gave me 0333442665, but that number doesn’t seem to check out. Seems dodgy if you ask me.

This bloke claimed he was with some government pension review lot. I told him thrice that now wasn’t a good time but he kept butting in over me. So, I just ended the call.
