Somebody rang up saying they were from BT Open Reach. Since I’m no longer with BT, they wanted me to log on to my computer and verify an IP address to prove who they were. I just hung up straight away.

Got a call today, 9th August 2018, from some robotic voice pretending to be from HMRC, warning me about a serious lawsuit. Total rubbish if you ask me. Honestly, these scammers need to be stopped for good. Blocked right away!

Some bloke called me, said he was James from "my phone provider" supposedly working out of some office in Wales. I couldn’t help but notice loads of Indian/Pakistani voices in the background, which was a bit odd for a UK phone company, if you ask me. Anyway, James got in touch to ask if I was getting annoying calls, but when my partner asked which company he was from, he couldn't give a straight answer. My partner didn’t hold back and made it clear exactly what he thought about the whole dodgy call.
