Somebody rang me saying my TalkTalk account might get shut down unless I hit "1". It really sounded like the usual scam attempts, probably trying to get me to pay straight away or trick me into charges by pressing that button. Since I don’t recall any recent issues with my account, I’ve reported the number so you can have a proper look into it. I didn’t waste time and ended the call immediately. Definitely putting this number on my block list now.

I hung up just before the voicemail started. Tried calling back but the line was busy. Cheers to everyone who shared their experiences, this definitely seems pretty risky.

I just let it keep going, didn’t pick up like yesterday. Got a voicemail from TalkTalk saying they’d cut my service unless I pressed 3 on my phone. Same old thing again.

Got a dodgy call claiming to be from TalkTalk. How come the cops don’t put a stop to these scammers already? It’s ridiculous!

I had about nine annoying calls like this one today, all thanks to BT call guardian for blocking them though. Like others have said, these calls just don’t stop no matter how many you block! They keep on coming nonstop.

Got a call yesterday and today from someone claiming there’s an issue with our internet. Seems fishy, so I’ve just blocked the number now.
