Got a call from 01442915966 a bit ago. My daughter picked up and the person claimed to be from some accident claims team. I asked why they were calling since I haven't had any accidents. Then the bloke just said, "I want to f#ck you." I wasn't having any of it and hung up straight away. Honestly, I’m shocked and totally grossed out by that.

I didn’t pick up when it rang at 8.10pm on the 9th of November but left a voicemail. Don’t think the woman knew though. She said she asked the lady to leave her number and she did, but now she’s not replying. Also, there was a bloke in the background on another call and it sounded like a dial tone from some kind of answering machine. Feels like a bit of a scam to me.

The phone was switched off, so I didn’t encounter any issues, but I am absolutely livid! How on earth did they manage to get hold of my number? I’ve foolishly shared it while hunting for insurance quotes, but I shall never ever hand it out again. It simply isn’t worth the hassle, especially with all these dodgy individuals lurking about, trying to con unsuspecting folks. Honestly, it's high time that mobile service providers and government entities took a serious stand against this sort of nonsense.
