I got a voicemail from this number, but it was just a recorded message and it cut off right at the start. They mentioned something about the 'northern border of Wales' and said something about possible legal trouble tied to my name and NI number. The message said to press 1 if I wanted to talk to some legal investigation officer. Honestly, if this isn’t a scam, they’ve done a pretty convincing job of sounding like one.
