What's more disturbing is that the caller had the nerve to mention my name and even knew which mortgage lender I'm associated with, claiming I reached out to them back in January-ten months ago! Since mid-October 2015, this number has been ringing up to four times daily. It's become necessary for us to leave our answering machine on all the time, as they initiate calls as early as 7:30am and can be at it until 10pm. As someone with a disability, I can't always answer the phone straight away, and the relentless ringing followed by silence is quite unsettling for me. I've lodged a complaint with Ofcom, but unfortunately, the calls persist unabated.
