I received a phone call today from someone purporting to be an Amazon representative, supposedly about my Prime membership, which I don't even possess. I made it clear that I was aware of their scam and promptly ended the conversation. How ridiculous!

Clearly a scam. I received a call from a dubious call centre masquerading as Amazon, attempting to persuade me to renew a Prime subscription I’ve never had and likely won’t ever acquire. They even tried to rush me into making an immediate online payment. Once I realised it was a con, I promptly ended the call. Definitely not worth my time!

I got a call from a number that seemed like a landline based in South Wales, but it was actually an automated voice claiming to be from Amazon Prime about an account I don’t even have.
