Got back from work and found a strange voicemessage saying something about if I wanted to keep using a service it would cost either £49 or maybe £79 something, and to press 1 to continue. No clue what the service actually was though. I’d already had enough by then so I just got rid of the message.

I struggle to understand the Welsh accent even when the connection's good, but with a dodgy line it was absolutely terrible. They kept going on about some sort of service fee, something like £79 or something. Honestly, no idea what the fuss was about and couldn’t really be bothered to find out.
