Got a phone call claiming there’s an issue with my BT internet again! I hit 1 and ended up talking to a woman with an Indian accent. I told her I was sick of all these calls saying there’s a problem. Then she said they’d switch off my internet! Seriously!! And then she just cut me off. So rude! BT really needs to look into these calls, they’re beyond annoying and super stressful.

Just got another call about some supposed issue with my BT broadband! I hit 1 and ended up speaking to a woman with an Indian accent. I told her I was really tired of these calls and she casually said they’d cut off my internet! Then she just slammed the phone down, brilliant! Seriously, BT needs to sort this mess out, it’s so annoying and stressful. Tried to ring back to check the number but it said the number isn’t recognised! How on Earth do these scammers get hold of our numbers? Madness!
