I got a call from 01445736397 with an automated message saying it was BT warning me my internet would be cut off in 24 hours because of "suspicious activity". They told me to press 1 to talk to someone... so I did, even though I’m not a BT customer. A woman then answered pretending to be from BT. When I calmly asked her twice why she was calling, she suddenly started swearing at me - can’t even say what she said here! This was on 5 January 2021 at around 2:21pm.
