Today I got called again, this time from a different number. It was a recorded message claiming to be from BT warning me that my internet would be cut off unless I rang a bunch of different numbers to talk to the right department. Obviously, I hung up and blocked the number straight away. Every internet company I know waits for customers to contact them if there’s an issue - they never ring you out of the blue like this.
