I got a call from some scammers pretending to be with BT, and they were so rude.

Got a call from this number earlier today, same story as others have said. It was a woman with an Asian accent. I kept questioning her, and she got really annoyed, then asked if I was "mentally unwell." I asked her to say it again, which she did, lol. Told her straight up she was trying to scam people. After dropping a few swear words, she just ended the call.

Every morning, I receive these calls from spoofed UK numbers. They ring up pretending to be from BT’s tech support, but it’s just Scam Guardian all over again. It’s so annoying!

Got a call today from this number but as soon as I picked up, the caller just hung up without saying a word. After reading the earlier comment, looks like it happened around the same time as my call. Lucky me, I didn’t get to listen to whatever nonsense the lady was going to say! Definitely adding this number to my block list now.

Got a call from a woman speaking with a thick accent claiming to be from BT, saying she wanted to help boost my broadband speed. Once I told her I had no issues, she just hung up on me. Seems like another dodgy trick trying to get into my computer - definitely not the first time I’ve had one of these!

The call came in on 29/10/2018 at about 11:25am from the same number mentioned above. Thankfully, my call blocker stopped it so I didn't get bothered. I looked up the number online afterwards and saw all these comments too. Didn’t leave any voicemail or anything.

some bloke with an asian accent called me, said he was with bt openreach and mentioned my internet was running slow. then he wanted me to install "teamviewer" so he could apparently "fix" it by getting into my pc. i just hung up straight away.

Got a call from a bloke who said he was from BT, told me my internet speed was rubbish. Asked him if he knew about GDPR, he said yes, so I told him he had no right to ring me up and to jog on. Ended the call, blocked the number and reported him here.
