I recently had the pleasure of engaging the services of DC Servicing Sussex Ltd, a stand-alone company specialising in vacuum cleaner maintenance and repairs, located in Haywards Heath. They paid a visit to my residence to take care of my vacuum, and while the job done was satisfactory, I found their pricing to be fairly reasonable as well.

A rather peculiar call came through from someone who didn’t bother to say who they were. They enquired if we still possessed a Dyson. Naturally, we had to ask who was on the line, and they mentioned "DCS"-a name that means absolutely nothing to us. We pressed for clarification on what they wanted, and they reiterated their question about the Dyson, specifically, "the upright". We let them know we weren’t keen on what they were offering. Curiously, the line went dead for a good couple of seconds before we managed to dial 1471, only to find the number was blocked. We’ve now filed a report with TPS.
