On 25th October 2018 I got a call from Energy Savings Centre, totally unannounced even tho I’m on the TPS. They wanted to check if my boiler was older than 7 years and if I could get a free swap. (I can't, by the way.) They already had my name and said they got my info from some "data house" - which was almost definitely just the phone directory!
