On the 19th of February 2021, I received a call from this number, attempting to persuade me to click on some links regarding a parcel that was allegedly set for delivery. I decided against engaging with it.

It appears that Royal Mail has dropped the ball, claiming they attempted to deliver my parcel on three separate occasions. They've even gone so far as to say they delivered it next door instead! They promised to email me with instructions for re-delivery, but I insisted that they already possess my correct address and should take it upon themselves to sort out the delivery. Since then, I've heard nothing from them, and my parcel is still MIA.
