They provided what they described as an invoice number and a customer ID. The email, dated 14th July 2022, indicated that the renewal was also set for the same date, and that I'd face charges within the next 24 hours. The correspondence was titled *Marks and Spencer Discount Subscription*. However, I don’t hold any contracts with M&S, and notably, my name was absent from the email.
