I chose not to pick up when I saw this unfamiliar number calling my mobile.

This number is completely unfamiliar to me. I couldn’t catch much of what the caller tried to say. It seemed like a bloke was repeating the same few words over and over, but his speech was really odd, almost like he had some kind of speech problem or maybe a stroke? On the other hand, he might have been drunk or something. I might be totally off here, but that’s definitely how it came across. Anyway, the call ended abruptly after that.

It seemed like a bloke struggling to speak properly, maybe due to a stroke or some other issue? Though, I guess they could have been under the influence of drink or drugs? Sorry if I’m way off, that’s just how it came across to me. Then they just hung up.

I have absolutely no recollection of this number whatsoever. When the chap spoke, I could barely make out a couple of words. It seemed as though he was stumbling over the same phrases repeatedly; it almost felt like he might have had a stroke or some sort of impairment. Yet, perhaps he was under the influence of something stronger like drugs or booze? I sincerely hope I haven't jumped to any erroneous conclusions, but that's the impression I got. After a brief exchange, he hung up without further ado.
