I've taken to screening my calls and will only answer when there's someone on the other end - but alas, there was silence. I attempted to return the call, curious to uncover their identity as I’m keen to report them to the Telephone Preference Service. However, I wasn't able to get through.

Had an encounter with an energy exchange service that said, “We’ve noted you’re on an unsuitable tariff... press 2 to speak to an advisor...” Naturally, I didn’t - they’re footing the bill for the call, aren’t they? However, it just looped back to the same message before abruptly cutting off within mere seconds. Quite the frustrating experience!
