Got a call about some sort of O2 and Virgin merger, said my SIM would be cancelled and a new one sent free of charge. The woman who called handed me over to a bloke with an Asian sub-continent accent. He asked for my email to send some confirmation. I kept him on the line for about 15 minutes before he eventually gave up. The guy said his name was John Victor, manager with extension PS1755, and gave me a callback number 02081234687. Total scam, don’t fall for it!
