Got a call saying it was Visa about some dodgy £900 transaction. Was pretty irritated since it’s not the first time they’ve called, so I hit 1 and let them know what I thought of the call. Turns out the number showed as local on my phone. How on earth does a scammer get a local number to pop up like that?
