I just let her run through her whole spiel without interrupting, then once she wrapped up, I asked if that was it. When she said yes, I told her straight up that Clare Reed was not her real name, she’s never worked for THREE and never will, and that she was being dishonest and deceitful, and karma’ll catch up to her one day.
