I got a call from a claims team who already knew quite a bit about an accident I’d had before, which was strange since they didn’t ask me any security questions or anything like that. It felt pretty suspicious. I rang up my insurance company after and they said they’d never heard of this claims team. When I tried calling the number again, I was left waiting on hold for about 6 minutes before it just said goodbye and cut me off. Quite dodgy if you ask me.
