Received a call from someone with a strong Asian accent claiming to be from BT Open Reach, saying my router was having problems. They put me through some dodgy tests and then offered a “free” fix by connecting me to a “senior” technician. I said I’d report them to the cops as they were just messing about, and then they started telling me to “f##k off” a few times before abruptly ending the call.
