I've been receiving calls non-stop from a company claiming we’re owed PPI on our mortgage. This firm, First Line Services, is supposedly based in Swansea, but I did a bit of digging using Google Maps and the whole setup seems rather dodgy. Feels like they’re just trying to pressure us into something, and I don’t trust it one bit!

If she rings you back, just hang up. It’s a scam about payment protection or mortgages. They'll try to convince you to fork out £99 for some information pack. Don’t fall for it!
