Have you noticed anything strange with your contract from o2? Because mine hasn’t changed a bit, and this all seems a bit fishy to me.

Got a call from some guy in a call centre, asking to chat to whoever handles the BT phone bill for calls and broadband. Said our account was coming up for renewal. Thing is, we’re an IT company, we provide VoIP phone systems to clients and don’t even have BT lines or internet with them. Bit of a mix-up really.

I wasn’t sure what to make of it. The phone buzzed and I picked up, only to catch some guy yelling, then the line just went dead super quick. Didn’t catch a word of it!

Picked up the phone and they just cut me off right away. Total rubbish call. I've blocked the number now.
