Just got a call from Connect Health about the Wolsey House musculoskeletal service, they mentioned something about integrated care for cats? Bit confused, isn’t it meant to be for people with muscle and joint issues? Anyone else had a similar call?

Just got a text indicating they'd tried to ring me to arrange an appointment with the MSK Service. They mentioned I should get back to them anytime from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 and 5 o'clock.

A woman named Pauline left a message on our landline, requesting my husband to return her call. Unfortunately, we couldn't catch the name of the company, so we decided it was best not to ring back. Then, my husband got a text on his mobile from that same number, stating that they had attempted to reach us regarding physiotherapy and suggesting that we get in touch with Herts Valley MSK Service using the same number. My husband did give them a ring, but he was met with a recorded message instructing him to press 1 for patients, which he duly did. After that, he was left hanging on hold with no one answering. The baffling part is that he knows nothing about any physiotherapy appointment whatsoever.
