Today, Sunday 2nd October 2022 around 9 am, I got two texts. The first was from Phio, telling me to click on "https://phio.eql.ai/authenticate/p_lr8jde6", and the second was from NHS Physio asking me to ring 01442 913356 or check out "https://bit.ly/2Yg.jsZt". Can anyone verify if these messages are actually legit? Thanks in advance.

Just got a call from Connect Health about the Wolsey House musculoskeletal service, they mentioned something about integrated care for cats? Bit confused, isn’t it meant to be for people with muscle and joint issues? Anyone else had a similar call?

Got a text telling me they tried ringing me to sort an appointment with the MSK Service. They said to call back any day from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 in the morning and 5 in the evening.

There was a voicemail left on our landline from a woman named Pauline asking for my husband to return her call, but we couldn’t quite make out which company she was from, so we didn’t bother calling back. Later on, my husband got a text off the same number saying something about trying to reach him to set up a physio appointment and to contact Herts Valley MSK Service on that number. He decided to ring, but all he got was an automated message telling him to press 1 for patients. After he did, he was put on hold and then nothing - no one came to the line. My husband has no idea about any physio appointment at all.
