Got a call from 01442871532 where a woman claimed to be from Openreach BT, saying our computer was at risk. When my husband asked how she could prove it and what steps she’d take to sort it out, she called him stupid! She insisted she was with BT and mentioned our router was a BT one. Very dodgy behaviour if you ask me.

Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming to be from BT, saying there was a problem with my internet. Total scam, nothing but fraudsters and cheats. I just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from some bloke claiming he was with Openreach, but sounded like he was from Asia. He was spoofing numbers starting with 01442, though not the same ones others have mentioned here already. Felt a bit off to me.
