Got a call from 014444898889, this guy with an Indian accent, quite rude actually. He threatened to disconnect me just because I wouldn’t share any info. Really made me feel uncomfortable, so I ended the call straight away.

I got a call on my work phone from a guy saying he was Jack, talking about my internet. I didn’t answer. The voice sounded like a man from some call centre, maybe with an Asian accent.

I got a call like the person before me did, but when I picked up they said my ip address was involved in some dodgy stuff over in china. They told me I'd get cut off unless I paid up to have my ip changed. I asked for the ip address they had on file for me, but then they just hung up on me.

I got a dodgy call where some robot voice told me my internet would get cut off in the next day or two 'cause my IP got hacked or something. Then it said to press 1 to chat with a “technician”. I can only imagine the trouble if anyone actually did that. It’s the kind of trick that could easily catch older or more vulnerable folks out. Proper scam, that.

Got a call from 01442 862419, some weird automated voice saying stuff like, “hello this is Shirley from your internet company, we gonna cut your service soon” or whatever. Sounded like an American accent. I just ended the call, but then they rang back just a few minutes after.

Some bloke called me saying my IP’s been hacked or something and unless I ring them back in the next day, I’m gonna get cut off. Bit dodgy if you ask me.
