Earlier today, we received a call from this number, but unfortunately, they didn't pick up when we tried to respond. It turned out to be Abbey (Santander) fishing for our thoughts on their customer service. Honestly, they might regret reaching out to us! We're quite astonished that they even managed to discover our number, given their utter lack of competence.

They’ve given us a bell too. Looks like these folks are based in Hemel Hempstead. How about we pay them a little visit and give them a piece of our mind?

A bothersome caller has reached out-dialled 1471 but their identity remains a mystery. Quite the irritation, to say the least!

I returned the call and was greeted by an automated message saying, "This is just a courtesy call regarding your recent customer support inquiry. I might give you a ring back later. Thank you." No chance I’ll be answering that one!

We recently received a call from this number, but they didn’t leave any message. I tried to return the call and was greeted by a recorded message mentioning it was a courtesy call regarding a customer support inquiry we had supposedly made. I might give them another go later on. D

What on earth is going on with these persistent callers? We've already blocked the number, yet these cheeky blighters keep getting through. It's incredibly frustrating!

Received a couple of calls from this number earlier today but chose not to answer. However, I thought it wise to look it up online. Stumbled upon this site, and it turns out we’re not alone in this! Good tip!

The calls just keep coming, and it’s rather irritating since it’s actually a fax line for our company.

Earlier today, we received one of those dodgy calls from that number. Our initial thought was that it might be some chancers trying to fish for the three-digit code on the back of our cards. A couple of mates have had similar experiences, and even their banks got in touch, asking if they'd recently visited Russia due to suspicious transactions! Best to just ignore these calls and certainly don’t divulge any of your card information. Stay safe, folks!

We encountered a call very similar to the one mentioned above. To say we were unsettled by this would be an understatement; it felt rather like an invasion of privacy, reminiscent of something out of 1984. If Abbey (Santander) genuinely wishes to understand our opinions about their services, they ought to consider providing online forms for us to fill out or make feedback forms accessible within their branches.

Received a call from this number earlier today. When I attempted to return the call, it turned out to be invalid. It's rather puzzling how they can reach out when there seems to be no legitimate number to dial back!
