They called about property insulation, seemed a bit more legit than your usual cold calls, but still felt like a bit of a bother.

Got a call from a woman claiming to be from a survey company linked to HS2. The moment I mentioned I hadn’t asked for the call, she just ended it straight away. I’m on the no-call list too, so that was pretty pointless!

It seems that a certain Laura, identifying herself as being from the "Group of Surveyors," reached out to inquire about the specifics of my roof insulation, including its type and installation date. Shockingly, she acquired my contact information from the Energy Saving Trust, an organisation I’m well aware does not keep hold of personal numbers or such particulars. When I brought up the Telephone Preference Service, she claimed that some numbers occasionally bypass their checks. I've since blocked her and lodged a report.
