It seems to me that this was just another one of those bothersome calls we all occasionally encounter. I gathered this from the considerable amount of noise and hushed voices I could hear in the background while the caller was speaking. It gives off the impression that it originated from some sort of call centre.

Got a call from what sounded like an Indian call centre, kept asking to speak with the CEO or MD of the company. Wouldn't say the reason for calling either. Best thing to do is just block and ignore these calls.

I got a call and a woman started saying I was going to be sued. I just hung up straight away, figured it was some kind of scam.
