got a phone call the other day from someone named shirley with a robotic voice saying my internet was at risk and to press 1 to talk to a “technician.” total scam! seems like they’ve started using numbers starting with 0144 and a whole bunch of others to get past call blockers now. keeps popping up despite blocking efforts!

Just got a call from this number with one of those prerecorded messages saying my internet would get cut off. Definitely a scam. Don’t hit 1!

Got this automated call saying my internet provider had been hacked and they'd shut off my connection in a day unless I pressed 1. I just ended the call. Definitely a dodgy scam.
