01440 786372 - Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent - said he was from Microsoft about some dodgy activity on my PC. I told him I’m in IT security - he even said well done to me! Haha. Told him straight up I knew it was a con and he was just wasting time. Usually these lot hang up when you tell them where to go, but this one just kept going. Eventually I had enough and ended the call. What a muppet!

i got a call from a bloke who said his name was jason and claimed he worked for bt. not sure if he knew my name or just guessed, but once i agreed to it, he mentioned something about an issue with my internet connection. i stayed quiet to listen a bit more, then out of nowhere he hung up. felt like a dodgy call, maybe just trying to see if anyone was around. who knows really.
