I don’t get why these idiots keep switching numbers, like that’s gonna stop me noticing. After calling about 20 times this week, I seriously doubt they reckon I’d just fall for some minor whiplash claim. It’s just ridiculous.

For the past couple of months, this firm keeps ringing me every week claiming I've been in a car crash. They clearly know my name but I keep telling them I never had one and to take me off their list. I've even blocked the number on my phone but they just switch one digit and call again. Is there any way to officially complain so these annoying calls stop for good? Today, they even cut me off when I said I hadn't been in an accident, and I've told them at least five times before!
