I got a call from a woman with an Indian accent saying her name was Olivia, claiming she was from BT about my internet service. I told her my internet had been down all morning. She just said "oh, sorry" and then ended the call. Only afterwards did it hit me that I don’t even use BT for my internet. I’m pretty sure it was a scam.
