some Asian lady kept going on about BT and how she can lower my bills. i tried to tell her i’m not even with BT, but she wouldn’t stop talking. she got annoyed when i interrupted and started shouting over me. well, i’m not gonna take that! then she just cut the call out of nowhere. hey, i can get loud too, love!

I encountered a rather brash woman with an Asian accent who wouldn’t let me get a single word in edgewise while she ranted about BT and various bills. Honestly, it was like trying to have a conversation with a brick wall. A little pause for breath wouldn’t go amiss! It’s astonishing how some people feel the need to dominate discussions and simply drown out others. Perhaps they should take a step back and consider how irritating it is for those of us just trying to have a reasonable chat. Honestly, some folks could do with a reality check and not be so bothersome to those who genuinely want to engage.
