This number keeps ringing me up. Whenever I try calling back, it just says their voicemail box is full and can't take any new messages.

This bloke called me and even knew my name! He had a really thick accent so it was hard to understand. I cut him off and told him to remove my number from their list. He just wouldn’t agree and said he’d keep ringing me daily. I ended the call. Seriously, who’s got the power to stop this nonsense??
