I recently received a rather dubious call from this number, with someone trying to entice me into an 18-month energy contract, claiming npower has been taken over by Eon. The caller requested my bank account number and sort code, which immediately set off alarm bells for me. I've since blocked the number. When I asked for an email to get the details so I could sort out the direct debit independently, they insisted it was a phone-only deal. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

This person won’t stop calling, really annoying how they keep bothering me...

When I was asked to give my thoughts on Spark as my energy provider, I made it clear that I don't actually use their services. After that, they suddenly ended the call. Quite odd, really!
