Received a call recently from someone claiming to be from O2, who mentioned that our refresh contract had ended and asked if we were keen on adjusting our current call plan. Throughout the conversation, he cleverly suggested he was an O2 representative, but it turned out he was actually affiliated with Aerial Mobile. Although they do collaborate with O2, we’ve discovered that our payments continue to go directly to O2, while we are now signed up with Aerial. On the bright side, we’ve landed a more affordable deal; however, Aerial has made it clear they're unwilling to let us terminate the contract post-agreement, even within the first 14 days. Consequently, we're now tied to them for the next two years, completely oblivious to the fact that our provider had switched until O2 pointed it out.
