I got a text from my phone provider indicating I had missed a call from this number. Naturally, I rang it back, only to be greeted by a monotonous voice recording that chirped, "Your call matters greatly to us. Kindly hold, and we’ll connect you to the next available representative." After a brief silence of nearly half a minute, the same message repeated itself. This carried on for roughly eight minutes before I was met with a cheerful "Goodbye!" and then the line went dead. Quite the puzzling experience, I must say!
