Got a text from my phone company saying I'd missed a call from this number. I rang back, but all I got was a recorded voice saying, "Your call is important to us. Please hold and you’ll be connected to an available agent." Then nothing but silence for like half a minute before the message played again. This loop went on for around 8 minutes, then finally the message said “Goodbye” and the call just ended. Proper frustrating!
