Absolutely appalling! I had a call from someone looking for my grandfather who passed away quite some time ago. When I inquired about their identity and their reasons for the call, they were incredibly disrespectful. Upon informing her of his passing, she had the audacity to respond with, "Well, why didn't you mention he was dead?" Such a lack of sensitivity is just revolting. Truly, the conduct of some individuals is beyond comprehension!
