They said they were from a train company and wanted to check a purchase I made with my VISA debit card.

Didn't answer the phone but there was a voicemail. The message was from some automated system saying my card had been charged for something on Amazon and an overseas money transfer, amounts around £200 and £1100. They said these might be dodgy transactions since I've never used my card for either before. They asked me to press 1 if it was me or 2 if it wasn’t. Sounded really legit. I then checked my bank and credit card apps and saw no pending confirmations or anything suspicious. I'm pretty sure now it was just a scam.
