Got a call from this number 01438 318251, some bloke called Alex claimed to be from BT saying there was a serious problem with our internet. I wasn’t buying it, so asked what error he meant, and he hung up straight away. When I looked up the number, turns out it belongs to a homeless shelter in Stevenage! Proper low for a scammer to be using that number, exploiting such an important service.
