Got a call on 12th July, no one spoke or left any message. Looks like the same scam but from different numbers. Just blocked the number straight away.

I got this recorded voice saying my Visa had a charge of £600 on it. Thing is, I don't even own a Visa card. They asked me to press 1 to talk about it, but I didn’t bother - sounds like a total scam to me.

No voicemail or anything, so I’m guessing it’s just another trickster from India or Pakistan having a go at scamming.

Just a heads up, this number got in touch claiming there had been some dodgy activity on my Visa card. They said they were from BT broadband, but when I told them I’m not a BT customer, they quickly said they deal with all providers. Next, they pushed me to install an app from the Play Store to "protect" my IP address. Honestly, it’s a total con. If you go ahead and download that app, they’ll be able to see all your personal info and get into everything on your phone. Stay well clear!
