Got an answerphone message saying my card had been misused - no details on which card though - supposedly £300 spent on Amazon and £1300 sent abroad via some money transfer site. They told me to press 1 to cancel or 2 to talk to someone. But the weird thing is the call came from a local Stevenage number, and from what I know, banks usually use numbers starting with 0345 or 0845, not local ones. Plus, you can’t call branches directly. Definitely feels like a scam to me.
