2 yearsGot a robocall from someone pretending to be BT saying my phone service was gonna be cut off. They kept asking me to press 1 to sort it out, but I didn’t fall for it and just hung up.BT2 yearsI got a robo call warning me about two dodgy charges on my card - one was £300 to Amazon (which I never order from) and the other was £1100 to some foreign account. They said if I wanted to approve the payments, press 1, or press 2 to talk to an operator. I didn’t press any buttons, then the call just hung up on its own. The message never said which bank was supposedly contacting me, so I couldn’t even ring them to check. I looked at my banking apps straight away and found no such transactions, so I reckon this was just a scam trying to scare me.Amazon2 yearsWatch out scammers!3 yearsThey didn’t leave a voicemail, so I’ve just gone ahead and blocked the number.Submit Your Own Report (01438 220928)
